Refuse seepage liquid reverse osmosis, nanofiltration membrane element replacement

In 2019, China Everbright A#B# reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes exhibited flux decline and high conductivity of produced water, which could not meet production needs.

Our company replaced the new membrane elements of A# reverse osmosis and nanofiltration, and specifically checked and treated the B# reverse osmosis and nanofiltration system. The A# reverse osmosis and nanofiltration system has been put into operation so far. The data of nanofiltration has improved.

Replacement of tubular ultrafiltration membrane elements for garbage seepage

In 2018, the flux of Everbright A# ultrafiltration membrane decreased (only up to 7 cubic meters per hour), and the membrane pores were skinned, which could not meet the existing processing capacity.

Our company replaced new membrane elements and changed relevant pipelines in a targeted manner. The A# tubular ultrafiltration system has been put into operation so far.
