System process:

Yangtze River water → inclined pipe filter → raw water tank → ultrafiltration → ultrafiltration water tank → reverse osmosis → intermediate water tank → mixed bed → desalinated water tank → water supply

system issue:

The reverse osmosis system needs to be chemically cleaned around 15 days after it is put into operation, and the security filter element needs to be replaced after 2-3 days of use.

problem found:

A large amount of yellow sludge-like contaminants are found on the surface of the membrane element and on the surface of the filter element, with strong adhesion and fishy smell.

solution:

By optimizing the reagents in each process section of the system and adding our company’s Dispersant-8821 organic sludge stripper in a timely manner, the filter element pressure difference is quickly controlled in a short time, the filter element replacement cycle is extended to 2 months, and the reverse osmosis chemical cleaning cycle Extend to half a year.
