Project Introduction:
The boiler feed water treatment system of this project is designed with self-cleaning filter, ultrafiltration, two-stage reverse osmosis plus continuous electric desalination and desalination technology (EDI) full membrane process system. The system includes supporting ultrafiltration backwashing (alkali dosing device, acid dosing device, sodium hypochlorite dosing device), ultrafiltration cleaning device, RO and EDI cleaning device, non-oxidizing bactericide dosing device, reducing agent dosing device , Scale inhibitor dosing device and other systems. The configuration and setting of ultrafiltration device, reverse osmosis device and EDI device meet the needs of operation and effluent water quality, as well as the raw water quality and pre-treatment requirements provided by the purchaser. The configuration and settings of the system meet the requirements under water inlet conditions, and are based on the principles of fully automatic, energy-saving, water-saving, simple operation, environmental protection and safety, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the system.
Process flow of boiler water treatment system:
Incoming water from the clean water pump of the comprehensive water pump house in the factory area → raw water tank (1×100m³) → raw water pump → raw water heater → self-cleaning filter (2×40t/h) → ultrafiltration device (2×29t/h) → ultra Filter water tank (1×50m³) → ultrafiltration water pump → first-level RO security filter → first-level RO high-pressure pump → first-level RO device (2×26t/h) → first-level RO water tank (1×50m³) → first-level RO Production water pump→Secondary RO security filter→Secondary RO high pressure pump→Secondary RO device (2×22t/h)→Secondary RO production water tank (1×30m³)→EDI feed water pump→EDI security filter→EDI device (2×20t/h)→Demineralized water tank (2×200m³)→Demineralized water pump→Water point.
